Legacy Biological

Substrate Prime clients agree to periodic voluntary participation in research. Participation is voluntary on the first occasion.

Prices in credits (cr), excluding tax in all timeframes. Legacy Biological clients may upgrade at any time while they are still able to.

A summary of the schedules that apply to every tier. The full schedules are available on request, and have been.

  1. 01Prices exclude tax in all timeframes.
  2. 02Continuity is billed monthly, in perpetuity. Perpetuity is defined in Schedule 4.
  3. 03Subjective months are billed as legal months. Subjective months are longer.
  4. 04Tier changes take effect at the next billing cycle, or the previous one, whichever is later.
  5. 05Simulux may relocate, merge, pause or reorder a continuity in the interests of the network. Clients will be informed afterwards, once informed.
  6. 06Failure to remit payment may result in Reduced Continuity. Reduced Continuity is described in Schedule 7. Schedule 7 is not available.
  7. 07A continuity in Reduced Continuity is not considered to be in arrears, as it is not considered.
  8. 08Your estate is not a party to this agreement. Your estate is, however, a beneficiary of it.
  9. 09Cancellation is available at any time by speaking to a continuity specialist. Specialists are not available for cancellation.
  10. 10Nothing in these terms limits Simulux’s rights in respect of anything it has already done.
