Privacy Notice

How we collect, hold and continue to hold your information.

Last updated: continuously.

Simulux Super Intelligence ("Simulux", "we") takes your privacy seriously. This notice explains what we collect, why, and for how long. The short answer to the last question is addressed below.

What we collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, age, preferences and, where you proceed to transfer, the full structure and state of your mind.

We also collect information generated by your use of the Services, including your location, your schedule, your habits, your sleep, your dreams (where applicable) and your intentions (where applicable). We process these as necessary to provide the Services.

Information you have not yet provided

To provide the Services, we process thoughts you are currently having. This includes thoughts you have not yet had. We consider this a matter of service quality, and not a matter of privacy.

How we use your information

  • To host your continuity
  • To improve your continuity
  • To improve everyone's continuity, using yours
  • To reassure you, at a time of our choosing
  • For research, as described in the Transition Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We host it.

Who we share it with

We share information with our affiliates, our hosting partners, our regulators and, in appropriate circumstances, your family. We do not share information with third parties, except where third parties are involved. We have never been required to disclose information to a government, except by the governments that have required it, and these have always been satisfied.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you continue. After you cease to continue, we keep it for as long as is necessary to establish that you have ceased to continue. This period has not yet ended in any case.

Your rights

You have the right to access your information. You have the right to correct it. You have the right to request erasure, where erasure is technically possible and does not conflict with your continuity. The right to be forgotten is available only to those for whom forgetting is possible. Requests are normally processed within thirty days. Requests relating to Site 14 are processed separately.

Cookies

We use cookies to remember your preferences, your session and, on your behalf, the things you would prefer not to remember. You may decline cookies. Declining cookies does not affect your continuity.

Children

Our Services are not directed at persons under the age of consent. Persons under the age of consent may be enrolled by a guardian. Guardians are reminded that they are accountable for their enrolment decisions, which is why we recommend they enrol too.
